Our Journey

Receptiv is more than just a business idea—it was a vision that began as I was growing up and working in my mom’s dental office.

 

With over 10 years of exposure to the dental field, I have seen firsthand how demanding and hectic running a dental clinic can be. Beyond treating patients, there are so many behind-the-scenes tasks like processing insurance claims, managing the front desk, and handling administrative work that can consume a dentist’s valuable time. I watched my mom, often staying late after hours, tackling these responsibilities—tasks that pulled her away from what mattered most: providing quality dental care.

On days when she was short-staffed, I would be called to fill in. I’ve lost count of the number of Saturdays that I have spent jumping in to help at the last minute, ensuring that the clinic ran smoothly. It was during these moments that the idea for Receptiv was born. I realized that this problem was not specific to my mom– many, if not all, dentists faced the same challenge: balancing patient care with the operational demands of running a clinic.

The Birth of Receptiv

Receptiv was created to provide dentists with the extra support they need. Whether it’s answering phone calls, assisting with billing, or managing appointments, having a reliable virtual receptionist can make all the difference. Our goal is simple: to help dentists focus on what they do best, while we handle the rest.

 

At Receptiv, we offer receptionist services at a fraction of the cost, with the convenience and flexibility that modern dental practices require. It’s about providing peace of mind, allowing dental professionals to focus more on patient care and less on the everyday administrative tasks.
